Booking a service

We reserve the right to request a deposit to be held for any new service that is being booked online or otherwise. (If requested, you will receive an invoice via email- so please make sure you enter a current email address for correspondence). If a deposit is required, then your reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Typically the deposit is 20% of the service total (the exceptions are microblading and lash extensions). We also reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time if you fail to pay the deposit requested. If you have a particular need or request regarding deposits, feel free to text or send an email! I am happy to help you and want you to be able to experience the amazing services we offer.

Only the person receiving the service is allowed in the room.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to receive services. No one under the age of 13 will be allowed in the treatment room. There are a lot of hot implements, sharp tools & equipment, and this is a safety issue for both you, your children, and your provider. There is a waiting area; however, we are not responsible for any minors. Please schedule your services with these policies in mind.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. If cancelled or no-showed without a 24-hour notice, you will be subject to a 50% service fee of that missed appointment, and be required to put down a 20% deposit for any future appointments. 

Hey, life happens, right? 

If you have a fever, a known infection, experience vomiting and/or diarrhea within the 24 hours prior to your reservation, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. We reserve the right to waive any fees that may be associated with that cancellation request. 

Inclement weather may also result in the need for last minute cancellations. We will do our best to give you an advanced notice if we are closing or have delays due to weather. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment! 

Late cancellations due to emergency, illness, or weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. I will do my best to contact you if it appears you will be missing your appointment; if I do not get a timely response, the cancellation fees will apply.

Late Arrival

If you are visiting for the first time, please allow 5 minutes or so to fill out any required paperwork and to ask any questions you may have. Understandably, issues may arise that can cause you to be late. We will try our best to accommodate for your service in the remaining time, however, that is not guaranteed. Full service fees will be charged even if sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, I will do my best to be on time, and if unable to do so, will add time to your service to make up for it, or adjust the service charge accordingly. If you are 15 minutes or more late, and without a notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Inappropriate Behavior

Massage therapy is for therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely NO sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of your session and refusal of any and all future services. You will be charged full price regardless of length of service. Depending on behavior exhibited, you may also be subject to a police report being filed and potentially charged. 

e- Gift cards and gift certificates

All purchases made online for e-Cards are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure you print out the eCard, and have the lucky recipient bring it with them in order to be redeemed. I have no way of keeping track of eCard purchases. No services will be able to redeem an eGift card without the actual print of the eCard, or by providing me with a visual of the link to the eCard (which is sent to the recipient's email). 

Gift certificates that are purchased in person are kept on file by personnel. The recipient is not required to have the paper certificate in hand, but must know who purchased it for them in order for it to be redeemed. If eCards or gift certificates cannot be shown at time of service, you must provide another way to pay for your session.

Both eCards and in-person Gift certificates expire 1 year from purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be permitted for any gift vouchers at all. 

Acceptable forms of Payment

All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash accepted. No personal checks will be accepted. No foreign currencies. I do not keep cash on hand, so therefore cannot provide change. Thank you for understanding!
